This skirt is thought as an over layer for the Ascent Pant or over any 2L or 3L pant. You can put it on cold days for the ascent, or put it on at the peak to have a comfortable break and descent. Because of the full zip on one side it is super comfortable to put on and off without putting it over the ski boots. Easy to put it off if it gets too warm during the ascent and put it in the backpack. And....it is even nice to wear as a normal winter skirt in your leisure time.
